Full-Year Standard Tuition

August through June

  • 5 Days per Week (Monday–Friday): $11,000 per year

  • 3 Days per Week (Tuesday–Thursday): $7,700 per year

A 10% sibling discount is available for additional enrolled learners.

Tuition includes core academic instruction, project-based learning, farm and nature experiences, and guided explorations. Materials and supplies are included unless otherwise noted.

Extended Care Tuition (Optional)

Extended care is available for enrolled learners who need late afternoon coverage.

  • Hours: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Program Type: Monthly enrollment (no drop-in care)

Extended Care Rates

  • 5-Day Enrollment: $650 per month

  • 3-Day Enrollment: $450 per month

Extended care tuition is not included in academic program tuition.

Payment Schedule

Standard Tuition

  • Billed in four equal quarterly payments

  • Structured to align with Step Up for Students scholarship disbursements

  • Private-pay families follow the same quarterly schedule

Typical Billing / Disbursement Months:

  • February, May, August and November

Extended Care Payments

  • Extended care tuition is billed monthly

  • Payment is due the first Monday of each month to cover the upcoming month

Step Up for Students

Philo Learning Collective accepts Step Up for Students UA and PEP scholarships. Families are responsible for submitting tuition payments promptly following scholarship disbursement.

Additional Notes

  • Enrollment is secured once tuition arrangements are confirmed

  • Tuition is not prorated for absences, holidays, or closures

  • Extended care availability is limited and subject to enrollment capacity
